GENERAL CONDITIONS
Spa Parnell recommends that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, this gives you time to change into a robe, relax & complete your consultation card. If late your treatment will finish on time to ensure the following client is not inconvenienced.
CLUB POINTS
Spa Parnell offers a Club Points System. For every $20.00 spent on products and treatments you will receive 1 Club Point. Points are redeemable on selected treatments, see our Club Points Treatment Menu for details.
Refer a Friend
As an existing client at Spa Parnell we offer a 20% discount on all treatments when you refer a friend.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Parnell requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Packages require credit card details. There will be a charge of 50% of the treatment fee for cancellations under 24 hours.
OTHER SERVICES
Gift cards are available for both treatments and products.
